Year End Company Accounts - Financial Statements |

If you are a Limited Company or Limited Liability Partnership you have to produce year end accounts for HM Revenue and Customs and to file at Companies House (amongst other statutory requirements). If your Company has bank funding or external shareholders, they will also require a copy of the accounts
These year-end accounts are required to be prepared in a certain format and in accordance with rules set out by the accounting bodies.
In addition to this, depending on the company’s individual circumstances, your company can file accounts with different levels of reduced information in it to protect you from disclosing too much information to your competitors (such as abbreviated accounts), suppliers and customers (such as gross margin rate, turnover or levels of profit).
